The Secret

Compelling title. Want you to read this, isn't it? The obvious question is what is the Secret? It's a book. Also available in a DVD. But that's not really what you want to know.

You’re curious. You would like to know what the secret is about. But it’s really an open secret, you see.

This is the year when the masses discovered The Secret. The secret, in 3 words, is called the law of attraction. Surprised?

The secret is not a new idea. It’s been around for a very long time, and the topic of literally thousands of seminars and hundreds of books. Just Google this and you can get free info at your fingertips.

In Sales and Marketing they called it Focus. Self Help authors coined it as Positive Thinking. In New Age context you would have heard something along the line of Power of Your Subconscious Mind. In Religions, it’s what we know as Faith and Belief, et cetera, et cetera.

Anthony Robbins propagates this albeit from a different perspectives (remember Awaken the Giant Within?). Robert T. Kiyosaki talks about it in his Rich Dad Poor Dad series of personal investment/motivational books. Even The Donald uses it (just listen to him talk, or read his books).

You also probably have heard of names like Napoleon Hill, Joseph Murphy, Norman Vincent Peale, Wallace D. Wattles, and many more.

They are all saying about the same thing.

It’s just a matter of rediscovering or revisiting what you have already known.

Long before I knew, I have already, unconsciously used the process. Only after K recommended a book to me, I have a name for it. Well, that was quite awhile ago.

Regardless of what the skeptics say now (just a handful of them anyway, I understand it and above all, I feel very lucky because I am almost a natural at this.
